Thank you for visiting my website. I am a psychologist licensed in Hawaii and Minnesota. I maintain a private psychotherapy practice on Hawaii Island and provide telehealth services to clients in Hawaii and in Minnesota.

My goal is to help you understand yourself better and empower you to make changes that will bring greater peace, happiness, and satisfaction with your

life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in the present.

Working together we can bring to light long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back. Understanding yourself better and gaining perspective on your situation are the first steps towards healing. I use therapy approaches including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach draws from complementary disciplines, including interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, affective neuroscience, mindfulness, and body-focused approaches that give us the tools to help you heal and move forward.
